Religion is a very important part of daily life everywhere in Africa, but I have to say I love the way it's expressed through stickers in this area of Yola/Jimeta, Nigeria. From a car showered with dust, still sticker reminders of God (enthroned in Nigeria!), faded and edges torn, stick to the window like they'll never come off. Today I went to a local Jimeta business and the walls were covered with religious stickers (and some not so religious - see the biologist sticker and the petroleum sticker the third photo down?). Interesting, no?

mlovely!
Very interesting insight...
From a visual aspect, I like the way all of the stickers look...this one caught my eye..."devil you are a liar."
